No poder cepillarte el pelo<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cCuando tengo un brote, hasta cepillarme el pelo es un verdadero suplicio\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>11. Movimientos lentos debido al dolor.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cTodo lleva mucho m\u00e1s tiempo y esfuerzo. Y no siempre puedo hacer las cosas que quiero, como peinarme el pelo y maquillarme\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">No importa el tiempo que lleve organizarte para prepararte por las ma\u00f1anas. Da prioridad a las tareas que tienes que cumplir absolutamente y dite a ti misma\/o cada ma\u00f1ana que conseguiste levantarte y activarte, lo que en s\u00ed, ya es un gran logro. Faire des pauses pendant que vous vous pr\u00e9parez \u201cJe dois me lever t\u00f4t juste pour avoir plus de temps pour m&rsquo;asseoir et adapter mon corps \u00e0 \u00eatre debout. J\u2019ai aussi besoin de plus de temps parce que la douleur me fait bouger tr\u00e8s lentement.\u201d 10. Ne pas se brosser les cheveux \u201c\u00c7a fait mal de me brosser les cheveux pendant une pouss\u00e9e de douleur.\u201d 11. D\u00e9placement lent en raison de la douleur \u201cTout prend tellement plus de temps et d&rsquo;efforts. Et je ne peux pas toujours faire les choses que j&rsquo;aimerais, comme me coiffer et me maquiller.\u201d Peu importe le temps qu&rsquo;il faut pour s&rsquo;organiser pour se pr\u00e9parer le matin. Donnez la priorit\u00e9 aux t\u00e2ches que vous devez absolument faire et dites-vous chaque matin que vous avez r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 vous lever et \u00e0 vous activer, ce qui en soi est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une grande r\u00e9ussite.
