Piensa o realiza actividades que te distraigan.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">4.Recupera progresivamente tus actividades cotidianas, profesionales, sociales y de ocio, aunque te cueste. Notar\u00e1s una gran mejor\u00eda.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">5.Si tu m\u00e9dico lo aconseja, anda, mu\u00e9vete o haz deporte. La actividad f\u00edsica es un gran ant\u00eddoto contra el dolor.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">6.Aprende a detectar tus emociones negativas. Ac\u00f3gelas, ac\u00e9ptalas y aprende a liberarlas por medio de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas como el EFT.
